When you complete our quote or contact forms, or email or call us, we collect the details you choose to provide, which may include:

  • Your name, phone number, and email address
  • Pick-up and drop-off addresses and move details (home size, items, dates)
  • Any message, notes, or photo filenames you share to help us quote your job

We do not collect payment card details through this website — we do not process payments or take bookings online.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits. This is used to operate, secure, and improve the Site.

Local storage

To make our quote form easier to use, your browser temporarily saves an unfinished quote as a draft on your own device (using local storage) so you don't lose your progress. We also store your cookie preference. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us until you submit the form.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your quote requests, questions, and messages
  • To provide, schedule, and carry out the services you request
  • To communicate with you about your move, including follow-up
  • To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business and this website:

  • Form delivery. Our forms are delivered to our email inbox using Resend, an email delivery service, which processes your submission for the sole purpose of sending it to us.
  • Website hosting. The Site is hosted by our hosting provider, which processes standard server logs on our behalf.
  • Maps. Our Contact page embeds Google Maps, which is provided by Google and may set its own cookies. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Legal. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Cookies & similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. This Site keeps cookie use to a minimum:

  • Essential / preferences: we store your cookie-consent choice and your in-progress quote draft on your device so the Site works properly.
  • Third-party (Google Maps): the embedded map on our Contact page may set cookies controlled by Google.

We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings and through the consent banner shown on your first visit. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.
