About our website and services

This Site provides information about our moving, packing, and delivery services and lets you request a free quote or contact us. Using the Site does not create a moving contract. Any moving services we perform for you are governed by a separate written service agreement provided at the time of booking, which takes precedence over these Terms with respect to those services.

Quotes and estimates

Prices and estimates shown on the Site or generated by our quote form are estimates only and are not a guaranteed or final price. Actual pricing depends on the details of your move (such as home size, item count, access, distance, and time required) and will be confirmed by our team. Starting prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice.

No online payments or bookings

The Site does not process payments or finalize bookings. Submitting a quote request does not reserve a date or obligate you to hire us, and it does not obligate us to provide services until a booking is confirmed directly with our team.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete information when requesting a quote or contacting us
  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt or misuse it
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Move Me name and branding, and design — are owned by or licensed to Move Me and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content without our written permission.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (for example, Google Maps or our form provider). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
